Hi there! I’m Drew Fraser. You might recognize me as the founder of LSC – your trusted partner when you're focused on growing your core business and need a top-notch team to handle your support needs.

My journey into the business world began with some of the largest companies out there. During those years, I got an up-close look at what makes businesses tick: expert resources, deliberate processes, and the crucial retention of knowledge. After a fulfilling 7-year stint, I decided it was time for a new challenge.






I dove into the entrepreneurial deep end with a leading family-owned business. This experience opened my eyes to the unique strengths and challenges of smaller ventures. They were quick and nimble, but often lacked the robust entry-level talent that larger corporations attracted.As I moved through roles in both private family businesses and private equity-backed companies, a pattern emerged. I noticed a consistent gap in processes and documentation, difficulties in attracting top talent, and the far-reaching consequences of even minor mistakes.That’s why I started LSC with my partners. We wanted to level the playing field, bringing the power-tools of multinational corporations to the businesses that are the backbone of our economy.On a personal note, I’m a big believer in education. I hold a CPA, an MBA from Northwestern's Kellogg School of Business, and an LLM from Osgoode Law School under my belt. I’m an avid reader and do my best to teach my wonderful kids that the world offers plenty, but demands hard work in return.I truly believe in what LSC is doing.
