In 2011 our founder, Drew Fraser, started a career at the global supply chain leader, Whirlpool Corp. After a successful 7 years spanning order management, supply and demand forecasting, inventory management and DC/Transport operations he moved on to executive roles in Private Equity and Family businesses. Meanwhile Rohtashav Garg and Rajan Ruhela started their first business. After relocating to Canada and roles in appliance sales and remanufacturing they founded Ourrhome Appliances. Ourrhome rapidly grew to become the largest national remanufacturer of appliances. In the subsequent years Drew ran operations as the President or GM for various Private Equity portfolio companies and family businesses ranging from $50m to $300m in revenue. During this time, he saw how mid market companies would benefit from the resources found at fortune 500’s. Drew also recognized that value is rarely created from cutting labour costs but through delivering a superior product at a better cost structure. At the same time Rajan and Rohtash had first hand experience of scaling a winning concept while also looking for solutions to enable them to focus on their core activities of manufacturing and retail. In 2022 Rajan, Rohtash and Drew came together to create LSC to address the gap in the marketplace. Starting with 4 key functions (Order Management, Demand Planning, Customer Service and Billing) they established LSC to provide clients with the skills and capabilities or large firms at any scale. Today LSC operates in North America, Europe and Asia with offices in Toronto, Canada and Chandigarh, India.
