We can design any custom solution you like but we’ve generally found that allowing our employees to live in a lower cost of living region allows us to retain them at an affordable rate. This stability drives increased performance and provides the framework for us to invest in education for them.
We fulfill the administrative functions of an outsource provider but we are different in a very important way. LSC integrates into your business in a far more in depth way than traditional outsource providers. We don’t require in depth processes to execute. We learn who you are, what your team does and how you add value. From there we hire quality, not quantity. Having hired the best we retain them, train them and make them better. You’ll know your teams names and they’ll care about your business. You outsource the headache, utilize our expert depth and get the best of both worlds.
We work to define a core labour base. This enables us to deliver a high-quality service consistently and build your teams training. We can respond to short term surges in demand and will work with our customers to design the solutions they need.
While that’s always an option LSC was built to bring you scale in a specific area. We are experts at hiring, training, and retaining remote teams of analysts, engineers, specialists, and coordinators. Typically, these are difficult roles to hire and more difficult to retain long term. We apply our scale to get you a better team for what it would cost you locally.
Our employees operate in physical offices in India and remote home offices globally. We encourage location in low cost of living areas which allows us to utilize the wage gap to hire top talent. Our global footprint can deliver employees based in any region you require.
Our teams work on your time zone. Our hiring strategy is to pay significantly above local rates which motivates and rewards teams for adjusting their work hours to meet your needs.
We can work in English, Spanish, Hindi and French right now. If you have a specific language requirement, we can work with you to build a solution.
We build solutions for as little as a single desk to teams in the dozens. Our teams are highly specialized and perform key functions for our clients and most typically are between 4 and 16 full time roles.
We hire based on them and pay the costs directly without charging back. For example, if we had a 25% turnover rate on a team of 4 people we would hire and pay for 5, while charging the client for 4. That ensures that there are always enough trained team members for your needs.
We start with highly motivated employees with a strong academic background. From there we curate a curriculum specific to them using our own content and available external courses. All our employees have an annual reading list and direct 1:1 time set aside to develop them.
